7+ Free Elementor Plugins: Add extra functionality to Elementor

This write-up will reveal some of the best Elementor plugins and how they can help you improve your content creation process.

1.Press Elements – Widgets

This is a very simple plugin that allows you to use WordPress elements in Elementor. For example, you can pre-add a site name, logo or different data in Elementor without having to recreate them. Widgets are actually linked to the backend code of these elements and are automatically generated when requested. Once added to Elementor, you can't change the title or logo again, as they are default. Instead, you can customize them by making them bounce or change color. The good thing about this plugin is that it allows you to save the design you've created for a post and import it as a template for future or past posts and pages.

2. Anywhere Elementor

This plugin allows you to save templates you've created and embed them in other parts using shortcodes. But that's not all, with this plugin you can create multiple layers, add posts or create a hook for GeneratePress and OceanWP themes.

3. Elementor Addons and Widgets

This WordPress plugin adds a number of elements that help Elementor work better with WooCommerce, as well as some other useful elements. For WooCommerce, it adds buttons that are usually found on the side of the store: Product Categories, Popular Products, Featured Products, and Discounted Products. This will definitely help if you want to create a main page to promote certain products in your online store. In addition to WooCommerce-related widgets, the plugin also offers two post-related plugins (Recent Posts and Category Posts) and new pricing and services table options.

4. Elementor Addon Elements

It adds some new elements that were not presented in any of the previous plugins. Such as flip boxes, text separators, price tables, post lists, animated text and various ways to separate text.

I personally like this plugin because it is easy to use, without confusing features and adds great and interactive features to the content. That is, unlike other free plugins, it is mainly focused on adding new ways to better manipulate content. In short, this plugin is good if you want to liven up your site a bit, but you can also use it to add a professional touch to your business.

5. NavMenu Addon

As you can see from the name, this plugin will style and customize your menus through the Elementor interface by simply dragging and dropping a few widgets. It is important to note that the tool does not create a new menu, it just adds a new style to the style you already have in your WordPress dashboard.

This plugin gives you three menu options – default menu, mega menu and overlay menu, to which you can add branding options and a search box.

6. Header Footer Elementor

It was created to allow you to create new headers and footers in Elementor. You can basically design a header or footer using Elementor and add it to your site. The only catch is that this plugin only works with five specific themes, all of which are popular themes for Elementor, GeneratePress, OceanWP, Astra, Genesis, Beaver Builder.

7. StylePress

This plugin is a complex plugin that allows you to create a template through Elementor, save it, and then add it to different parts of your site. It also provides new functionalities like email subscription, sliders, styled Google map and WordPress menu. What I like about this plugin is that you can add anything you create anywhere on your blog. Also, you can remove CSS themes and keep only what you designed with Elementor. With StylePress, you can virtually create a new theme from scratch. Because it was created so that you can combine various templates and add them where you want.

StylePress has two concepts, internal and external styling. The internal style is the one you use in posts and pages, and it can differ from page to page. The external style is the same throughout the site and includes the header, logo, footer and sidebar. In short, this plugin allows you to create a template for both styles and arrange everything to look like a real theme design. Just create a layout and assign it to a page style and type.
