In this article, you will learn how to add a reading progress bar to your WordPress site. The first thing you need to do is to install and activate the plugin in your control panel Reading progress bar.
After we have done that, we start with the setup. The reading progress bar has a lot of things to adjust. In the control panel under the Settings section, you should click on the Reading progressbar and then you will see a window like the picture below.
You can set the height of the bar, the color of the bar and its background color, the position where it will be on the site, usually at the top of the page. Next, you can set which pages the bar will be on, whether it's only on the home page, on the blog page, on all articles, or on all pages. After you have set it, click on the Save Changes button and in the image below you can see an example of how the bar can look like.
