What problem / challenge do you solve for your clients?
What problem do you cause to people who are not your clients? What do people lose when they don't buy your product or service? (Eg you're a dentist: if someone is not your client, they may have bad breath)
What is the risk of using your service or product? (Eg enrolling on a study course: risk is that someone will lose 6 months of life and lose time and / or money, and will not bring him anything significant. Or, for example b2b: the boss will not approve)
